“THE DECK OF CARDS”
Groups will shuffle deck of cards multiple times prior to workout.
The deck of cards starts face down on 3-2-1 GO!
One athlete in the group will flip the card over and group
will perform the given movement/reps in SYNCRO fashion as follows:
Diamonds – KBS perform number of reps on card
Spades – Push-ups perform number of reps on card
Clubs – Jumping Lunges x2 perform number of reps on card
Hearts – Strict Pull-ups (scale with jumping) perform number of reps on card
Jack – 25 Double Unders
Queen – 15 Calorie Row
King – 5 Burpee Bar Muscle Up (Scale with burpee jumping pull-ups)
Ace – 15 Wall Ball
JOKERS – Gator Walk Down and Back (FULL LENGTH OF TURF)
