Step #1: Schedule a Free Intro Class
There really is no better way to find out if CrossFit is right for you than to give it a try! While you’re here, we’d love to learn about what your goals are, show you around our facility, and give you a short workout – so make sure you wear workout clothes/shoes and be ready to have a little fun.
Step #2: Complete the Beginners Course
The Beginners Course is designed to set you up for a success before entering a regular CrossFit class. This class will be 3 1-hour sessions held on the 1st and 3rd week of every month on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6:30pm. We will cover all of the foundational CrossFit movements followed by a short workout. There is a 5 person limit to our Beginners Course to ensure each participant is afforded the proper attention from the coaches. After the completion of this course you will be able to attend any of our regular CrossFit classes. Please contact us to reserve your spot in the next Beginners Course.
This course if required for everyone that is new to CrossFit.
