The Beginners Course is designed to set you up for a success before entering a regular CrossFit class, as CrossFit has its foundation in a variety of functional movements. We want to make sure you can perform all the movements as safely and efficiently as possible. This will allow you to get a better understanding of what a CrossFit work out looks like, give you a base knowledge of CrossFit’s functional movements, and allow your coach to make sure your are able to work out at the highest level possible without injury. After the completion of this class, you will be well equipped to join any of the scheduled classes. This class will be three 1-hour sessions held on the 1st and 3rd week of every month on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6:30pm. We will cover all of the foundational CrossFit movements followed by a short workout. There is a 5 person limit to our Beginners Course to ensure each participant is afforded the proper attention from the coaches. After the completion of this course, you will be able to attend any of our regular CrossFit classes. Please contact us to reserve your spot in the next Beginners Course.
