Olympic Weightlifting

We pride ourselves in ensuring incredible lifting technique for our CrossFit athletes! We hold each athletes to a very high standard and believe we have the best method for teaching and developing the Olympic lifts!

 

This program is designed to overlap with our regular CrossFit programming. Whether you are a beginner, an intermediate athlete wanting to spruce up your technique, or a veteran. This is for you!

Our Program will be starting in October and will be Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 6:15 – 7:30 PM.

This program will be 3 Weeks on/2 Weeks off to ensure proper progression and recovery.

$75 per 3 weeks.
