The Competitors Class is for individuals looking to add volume to their training, or for those working towards a competitive event (local competition, CrossFit Open, etc.) This class will be starting up again January and will be scheduled Monday and Wednesday nights from 6:30-7:45pm. This class is open to any member, however it is expected that you have basic gymnastics (handstand push ups, pull ups, muscle ups, toes to bar) and weightlifting skills. Please talk to Coach Brooks about your goals before starting to make sure that you are making the most of your time while attending this class.  This will be a similar structure to our regular CrossFit classes but with additional volume and a longer class including in depth warm-ups, skills/gymnastics, barbell cycling piece, Open-style metcon, and a cool down.
