20 Toes 2 Rings
100/80 Calorie Row
20 KBS (32/24kg)
20 OH Walking Lunges (55/35)

*Partner 1 Starts at the top and works down, Partner 2 Starts at the bottom and works up.
*Meeting in the middle and sharing the rowing portion.
*Each partner will complete all movements – TWO TIMES.

Example:

P1 – Completes all 20 Front Squat
P2 – Completes all 20 OH Walking Lunges
P1 –┬áCompletes all Toes 2 Rings
P2 –┬áCompletes all KBS
P1 and P2 Share row, etc.
