Snatch Drills!


For 20 Minutes:
Perform 5 Snatches
Run 200m
25 ABMAT Sit-Ups
*Add weight to the barbell and repeat*
*The goal is to build to the heaviest 5 snatches possible within the 20 minute*
*If you miss any of the 5 snatches you will immediately run and do sit-ups then attempt the weight again*
