DECEMBER “ROWING FOR CALORIES” CHALLENGE!

– Guy/Girl Teams
– Row as many calories as possible between December 4th —> December 23rd
– Track on CF 406 Rowing Sheets (Mandatory to win Limited Edition Tees, must turn in at end of challenge)
– Top 6 Teams Win CROSSFIT 406 LTD EDITION “Rowing for Calories” Holiday Shirts
– Row at home or at the gym.
– December 13th/20th 6:15PM – 7:30PM Open Row, we will have many additional rowers! Plenty for every team!
